摘  要:针对目前我国航天制造企业依赖实物模装进行装配工艺设计的现状,文中围绕某航天产品开展了虚拟装配仿真分析。基于MBD和"反装"的思路,以DELMIA为研究平台,在某航天产品实物装配前,对三维模型开展了虚拟装配研究。在虚拟装配过程中进行碰撞干涉检测,对装配顺序采用装配关联图进行分析,针对装配中的难点进行人机工程分析,并针对发现的问题就装配路径、装配顺序和装配方法提出了优化方案。同时,为更好地指导实物装配,采用了文字对话框等形式加强工艺表达,最终生成了可直接用于现场装配的工序顺序和装配指导演示视频。通过实际生产验证,该方法能够缩短产品从设计到最终实现的周期,有助于降低研制成本,保障航天产品装配质量。In view of the present situation that spaceflight manufacturing enterprises in our country rely on physical mold for assembly process design,virtual assembly simulation analysis of a certain type of aerospace product is carried out in this paper.Based on the idea of MBD and"Reverse assembly",virtual assembly research on 3 D model is conducted on the research platform DELMIA before the actual assembly of the aerospace product.Collision interference detection is carried out in the process of virtual assembly,assembly sequence is analyzed by using assembly association diagram,ergonomics analysis is carried out for the difficulties in assembly and optimization methods of the problems are proposed for assembly path,assembly sequence and assembly method.At the same time,in order to guide the physical assembly better,the text dialog box and other forms are used to enhance the process expression.The assembly instruction demonstration video and the process sequence that can be directly used for on-site assembly are finally generated.The actual production verification show that this method can shorten the period from the design to the final realization,help to reduce the development cost and improve the assembly quality of aerospace products.
