芬吗通治疗女性更年期综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察芬吗通对更年期综合征患者症状和内分泌指标的改善效果。方法 抽取2014年1月至2018年12月长治市妇幼保健院治疗的120例更年期综合征患者,将其分为两组,对照组60例,使用戊酸雌二醇片+黄体酮胶囊治疗;观察组60例,使用芬吗通治疗。观察比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组患者内分泌指标(雌二醇、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素)改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的各项Kupperman评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为90%,对照组为76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对更年期综合征患者使用芬吗通治疗可有效改善患者内分泌指标,缓解患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the improvement effect of femoston on symptoms and endocrine indexes of patients with climacteric syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with climacteric syndrome who were treated in Changzhi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2014 to February 2018 were divided into two groups,60 patients in the control group were treated with estradiol valerate tablets+progesterone capsules;60 patients in the observation group were treated with femoston.Results After treatment,the improvement of endocrine index(estradiol,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Kupperman scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate was 90%in the observation group and 76.67%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Femoston can effectively improve the endocrine index of patients with climacteric syndrome,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the therapeutic effect.
