2016—2018年贵州某高校新生入学体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的全面了解贵州某大学新生入学时的健康状况,为学校健康教育计划的制定和实施提供科学依据。方法对该校2016-2018年入学的13 968名新生的体检资料进行统计分析。结果 2016-2018年新生体检异常检出率86.52%,其中视力不良75.37%、肝胆疾病4.19%、心血管疾病3.63%、色觉异常1.01%、甲状腺结节0.66%、肾脏疾病0.47%、肺部异常0.17%,其他疾病1.03%;不同年度、性别、民族学生总异常检出率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),男生异常率高于女生(P<0.01),少数民族学生异常率高于汉族学生(P<0.01),该校近三年体检异常检出率呈逐年上升趋势。结论该校新生总体健康状况不容乐观,应重点做好体检后传染性疾病的防控和慢性病健康教育干预工作。ObjectiveTo comprehensively understand the health status of freshmen in a university in GuizhouProvince, so as to provide the evidence for formulating and implementing the disease prevention and control program in theuniversity.MethodsThe data of physical examinations of 13 968 freshmen were collected and statistically analyzed in theuniversity from 2016 to 2018.ResultsThe detection rate of abnormal examinations of the freshmen from 2016 to 2018 was86.52%, including poor eyesight(75.37%), hepatobiliary disease(4.19%), cardiovascular disease(3.63%), color perceptionabnormality(1.01%), thyroid nodules(0.66%), kidney disease(0.47%), lung abnormality(0.17%), and other diseases(1.03%). The differences of total abnormal detection rates of students of different years, sexes and nationalities were statis-tically significant( all P<0.01), and the abnormal rate of the male students was higher than that of the female students(P<0.01), the abnormal rate of ethnic minorities was higher than that of Han Chinese(P<0.01). The detection rates of abnor-mal examinations showed an increasing trend during the period of past three years.ConclusionThe health condition ofthe freshmen is not optimistic. Therefore, we should do well in health guidance and intervention for students with chronicdiseases.
