摘　　要：语言服务是城市国际化建设的重要组成部分。文章以扬州公交系统双语服务为研究对象,通过问卷、访谈等方法调查当前扬州市公交双语服务的现状,揭示其在建设中存在的问题,试图从静态语言服务环境和动态语言服务环境两个方面探讨进一步优化服务的对策。Language service is an important part of urban internationalization.This paper takes bilingual service of Yangzhou public transport system as the research object,and investigates the current situation of it through questionnaire and interview to reveal the existing problems.Then it discusses the construction countermeasures from two aspects:static language service and dynamic language service.
