特种加工教学革新探究

摘　　要：特种加工是机械类本科生必要的实习内容,且在本科工程金工实训教学中占据着比较重要的地位。特种加工课程包含内容广泛,对学生的实践操作能力,思维应变能力,学习创新能力,拓展能力都有着严格的要求。为了响应国家号召,培养集"应用型-技能型-创新型"于一体的人才,传统的教学体系已经跟不上技术进步的脚步,与社会发展脱轨,特种加工--工程训练课程体系的改革刻不容缓。文章就金工实习中特种加工教学现状及问题,对其教学内容、方式、实训环节、资源建设等方面改革进行相关的探索,制定相应的方案体系和措施,以期提高特种加工课程的教学质量,激发学生的学习兴趣。Special processing is the necessary practice content for undergraduates majoring in machinery,and it plays an important role in undergraduate engineering metalworking practice teaching.Special processing course contains a wide range of content,which has strict requirements for students’ practical operation ability,thinking ability,learning and innovation ability,and expanding ability.In order to respond to the call of the state and train talents with "application-skill-innovation" in one,the traditional teaching system has not been adapted to the pace of technological progress,derailed from social development,and the reform of special processing-engineering training curriculum system is urgent.Based on the present situation and problems of special processing teaching in metalworking practice,this paper explores the reform of teaching contents,methods,training links and resource construction,and formulates corresponding program system and measures in order to improve the teaching quality of special processing courses and stimulate students’ interest.
