摘 要:微格教学是师范技能培养与提升的一种重要的系统方法,微格教室是开展此项活动的主要支持场所。随着国家"‘互联网+教师教育’创新行动"的深入,微格教室的需求将进一步扩大。当前微格教室已由借助录音摄像设备的传统微格教室发展到网络远程微格教室,但微格教学活动需要参与者同时在特定微格教室方能开展,仍有一定局限性。随着信息技术的发展,以云计算、大数据、人工智能、移动互联为主要特征的"互联网+"已对人类活动的方方面面产生重大影响,如何创新微格教学下教师教学技能训练的有效方法,提高当前微格教学的质量与效率,缓解微格教学资源紧张的局面,并让它进一步扩大在教师教育中所发挥的重要作用有着十分重要的意义。文章探讨了"互联网+"背景下的微格教室云的创建,利用云计算、大数据技术与人工智能突破传统微格教学中时间和空间的限制,挖掘现有资源的优势,提高微格教学训练的有效性,为振兴教师教育发挥更多作用。The Microteaching is an important systematic method for training and improving teachers’skills.The Microclassrooms are the main places and supports for those activity.With the deepening of the National"Internet+teachers"Education’Innovation initiative,the demand for Microclassrooms should further expand.At present,the Microclassrooms has developed from the traditional Microclassrooms to the network Microclassrooms,but the Microteaching acrivities can only be carried out in the specific Microclassrooms at the same time,there are still some limitations.By the development of the"Internet+"with the features of information technology,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,mobile internet,the human activity has significant influence on every aspect,how to innovate the Microteaching more effective in teachers’skills training,improve the quality and efficiency and resource-shortage of the current Microteaching.This paper will dicuss the establishment of the Microclassroom clound under the background of"Internet+",break through the limintions of the time and space in the traditional Microteaching with the technology of cloud computing,big data and AI,explore the advantages of existing resources,improve the effectiveness of Microteaching,and play more important in the teachers’education.
