摘　　要：为了提高在"互联网+"背景下高校计算机教学平台设计的有效性,文章提出了一种基于层次结构系统VCl ASS的高校计算机教学平台的构建方法,给出了基于网络教学支持平台的四个组件系统:在线课程开发系统、在线教学支持系统、在线教育管理系统和在线教学资源管理系统。In order to improve effectiveness of design of the computer teaching platform for colleges and universities in the context of"Internet+",a design method was proposed for computer teaching platform for universities and colleges based on the hierarchical structure system VCl ASS in the context of"Internet+".The four component systems that fully support the supporting platform based on teaching were given,online course development system,online teaching support system,online educational administration system,and online teaching resources management system.
