摘　　要：西安高新技术开发区(简称西高新)产业集群在推动西安经济发展方面作用日益凸显,但也面临着高素质人才缺乏等制约因素。文章在深入调研基础上,提出准确获取产业集群对人才的需求信息,培养出适应产业集群发展需要的实用型人才。在提高大学生就业的同时,促进产业集群的建设,助力西安经济的发展。The industrial clusters of Xi'an Hi-tech Development Zone play an increasingly important role in promoting the economic development of Xi'an.On the basis of in-depth investigation,this paper puts forward to acquire the demand information of industrial clusters for talents,and to cultivate practical talents to meet the development needs of industrial clusters.While improving the employment of college students,we should promote the construction of industrial clusters and help the development of Xi'an economy.
