摘　　要：本研究以10名企业外派人员作为研究对象,通过深度访谈,了解这一群体在踏出国门后,在海外的工作和生活中遭遇的跨文化适应方面的困难和需求。与量化研究相比,这些访谈数据更加具体,生动地展现了企业外派人员在海外实际生活中所面临的语言困境和心理困境。基于研究发现,我们提出了几点建议,对企业外派人员英语培训今后的发展前景和效果具有一定的指导意义。Selecting Ten expatriates in enterprises for an in-depth interview,we intend to investigate their demands of cross-cultural adaptability and analyze the difficulties in their cross-cultural communication abroad.Compared with quantitative studies,these qualitative data in this research provide detailed information and present vividly the linguistic barriers as well as psychological barriers for expatriates in their oversea work and life.Based on the research findings,we make a few suggestions and hope they can provide guidance for future development of English training for corporate expatriates.
