摘　　要：新时代下浙江精神以“干在实处、走在前列、勇立潮头”指引着浙江快速健康发展。浙江精神中的“勇立潮头”精神深刻地体现在温州的经济发展中,如快速启动“两个健康”先行区,深入推动“八八战略”、实施改革开放等。不仅如此,各大高校纷纷响应,积极培养优秀人才并输送到企业中去,同时大力激发“企业家”精神,旨在给浙江发展带来更好的推动力。In the new era,the spirit of Zhejiang is guiding the rapid and healthy development of Zhejiang with the principle of"doing in practice,walking in the front and standing on the tide bravely".The spirit of"standing on the tide with courage"in the spirit of Zhejiang is deeply reflected in Wenzhou's economic development,such as the rapid launch of"two healthy"pilot zones,the in-depth promotion of"eight eight strategy",the implementation of reform and opening up.Not only that,the universities have responded to this,actively train talents and send them to enterprises,and vigorously stimulate the spirit of"entrepreneurship",in order to bring better impetus to the development of Zhejiang.
