摘 要:目的:探索“医—药互助”在临床药师培养中的应用效果。方法:选取在我院胃肠外科轮转的临床药师60人,随机分为A、B 2组,A组(30人)采取“医—药互助”进行临床教学,跟随主管医师管理病人,并对所管理的病人治疗用药进行点评和分析,B组(30人)采取不管理病人,以“见”和“听”为主的传统教学。出科时对2组学生进行考试及相关问卷调查。结果:A组学生学习兴趣更浓厚、学习效率更高及对临床工作有更好的认知(P<0.05)。A组学生能有效地提出关于临床用药的建设性意见及改进方式(P<0.05)。结论:采用“医—药互助”的培养理念能更好地培养临床需要的临床药师。Objective:To explore the effect of application of"Medical-Pharmaceutical Mutual Assistance"in the training of clinical pharmacists.Methods:Sixty clinical pharmacists who were rotated in gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into groups A and B.Group A(30 people)adopted"medical-drug mutual assistance"for clinical teaching,followed by the competent physician to manage patients,evaluated and analyzed the medication of patients.Group B(30 people)adopted the traditional teaching method of"seeing"and"listening"without taking care of patients.When the time of graduation,two groups of students were tested and questionnaires were conducted.Results:The students in group A had stronger interest in learning,higher learning efficiency and better understanding of clinical work(P<0.05).The students in group A could effectively put forward constructive opinions and improvement methods on clinical medication(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the concept of"medical-pharmaceutical mutual assistance"can better train clinical pharmacists for clinical needs.
