摘　　要：高钙血症是指血清离子钙浓度的异常升高,临床表现多样,且不典型,可累及多个系统。当高钙血症患者表现出神经精神症状时易误诊收入神经内科,为提高对高钙血症的认识,现将收治的1例以抑郁发作为表现误收入神经内科的患者临床资料进行总结分析。Hypercalcemia refers to the abnormal increase of serum ionic calcium concentration,its clinical manifestations are diverse and atypical,involving multiple systems.When patients with hypercalcemia show neuropsychiatric symptoms,they are easily misdiagnosed and admitted to the Department of Neurology,in order to improve the understanding of this disease,we summarize the clinical data of a patient who was admitted to neurology department with depression.
