摘  要:目的:研究背部测温法对比传统腋下体温法对NICU患儿体温监测的诊断准确性。方法:2017年9月-2018年2月收治NICU新生儿303例,采用电子体温计同时对腋下温度及背部肩胛间温度进行测量。分析患儿腋下和肩胛背部的体温相关性、背温法对比腋温法对NICU患儿体温监测的诊断准确性,统计分析测背温及腋温的所需时间。结果:背温和腋温存在较强的正相关性(r=0.654,P<0.001)。背温相对腋温对新生儿体温测量,具有较好的准确度,背温测量所需时间少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:背部测温法对比传统腋下体温法对NICU患儿体温监测的诊断准确性高。Objective:To study the diagnostic accuracy of back thermometry compared with traditional axillary thermometry in the monitoring of temperature of NICU children.Methods:303 NICU newborns were selected from September 2017 to February 2018,the axillary temperature and the back scapular temperature were measured with electronic thermometer at the same time,we analyzed the correlation between the temperature of the children's axillary and scapular back,and the diagnostic accuracy of the back temperature method versus the axillary temperature method for the monitoring of body temperature in NICU children,and the time needed to measure back temperature and axillary temperature was analyzed.Results:There was a strong positive correlation between back temperature and axillary temperature(r=0.654,P<0.001).Compared with axillary temperature,back temperature had a better accuracy in the measurement of neonatal body temperature,back temperature measurement took less time,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of back thermometry is higher than that of traditional axillary thermometry.
