轻比重布比卡因单侧腰麻在老年人髋部骨折手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨轻比重布比卡因单侧腰麻在老年人髋部骨折手术中的应用。方法:2017年6月-2018年5月收治老年人髋部骨折手术治疗患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。重比重腰麻组采取重比重布比卡因单侧腰麻,轻比重腰麻组采取轻比重布比卡因单侧腰麻。比较两组麻醉优良率、麻醉起效时间、麻醉镇痛持续时间、不同时间应激性指标水平及并发症发生情况。结果:轻比重腰麻组麻醉优良率、麻醉起效时间、麻醉镇痛持续时间、应激性指标水平均优于重比重腰麻组,并发症发生情况低于重比重腰麻组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:轻比重布比卡因单侧腰麻对老年人髋部骨折手术患者疗效显著,起效更快,并且可减少并发症及应激反应。Objective:To explore the application of light specific gravity bupivacaine unilateral spinal anesthesia in the operation of hip fracture in the elderly.Methods:From June 2017 to May 2018,100 elderly patients with operation of hip fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.Heavy specific gravity spinal anesthesia group was treated with heavy specific gravity bupivacaine unilateral spinal anesthesia.Light specific gravity spinal anesthesia group was treated with light specific gravity bupivacaine unilateral spinal anesthesia.We compared the excellent and good rate of anesthesia,the average time of onset of anesthesia,the duration of anesthesia and analgesia,the level of stress indicators at different times and the occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results:In the light specific gravity spinal anesthesia group,the excellent and good rate of anesthesia,the average time of onset of anesthesia,the duration of anesthesia and analgesia,and the level of stress index were all better than those of the heavy specific gravity spinal anesthesia group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the heavy specific gravity spinal anesthesia group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of light specific gravity bupivacaine unilateral spinal anesthesia in the operation of hip fracture in the elderly is definite,the effect is faster,it can reduce complications and stress response.
