摘　　要：目的:探讨血液透析患者肾性贫血的静脉补铁临床应用效果。方法:2016年9月-2018年12月收治肾性贫血患者42例,按治疗方式不同分为两组,各21例。对照组实施右旋糖酐铁注射液治疗,试验组实施蔗糖铁注射液治疗。比较两组血清铁蛋白、血清铁浓度、转铁蛋白饱和度及总铁结合力。结果:试验组血清铁蛋白、血清铁浓度、转铁蛋白饱和度、总铁结合力均优于对照组。结论:对血液透析患者肾性贫血予以蔗糖铁注射液治疗能有效改善患者肾性贫血状况,提高治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of intravenous iron supplementation in hemodialysis patients with renal anemia.Methods:From September 2016 to December 2018,42 patients with renal anemia were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups of 21 cases in each.The control group was treated with dextran iron injection;the experimental group was treated with sucrose iron injection.We compared the serum ferritin,serum iron concentration,transferrin saturation and total iron binding capacity between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,serum ferritin,serum iron concentration,transferrin saturation and total iron binding capacity were better than those in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of hemodialysis patients with renal anemia with sucrose iron injection can effectively improve the status of renal anemia and improve the therapeutic effect.
