摘　　要：目的:观察蒙脱石散联合复方胃蛋白酶散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治轮状病毒性肠炎患儿79例,按治疗方案分为两组。参照组单独服用蒙脱石散治疗,试验组服用蒙脱石散联合复方胃蛋白酶散治疗。比较两组临床疗效及症状改善情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,呕吐与腹泻改善时间、退热时间、住院时间均显著短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒙脱石散联合复方胃蛋白酶散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效显著,能尽快改善患儿临床症状,促使其尽早康复。Objective:To explore the effect of montmorillonite powder combined with compound pepsin powder in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in infants.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,79 children with rotavirus enteritis were selected.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder alone;the experimental group was treated with montmorillonite powder combined with compound pepsin powder.We compared the clinical efficacy and symptom improvement between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group and the improvement time of vomiting,improvement time of diarrhea,antipyretic time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of montmorillonite powder combined with compound pepsin powder in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in infants is significant,it can improve the clinical symptoms of children as soon as possible and urge them to leave hospital as soon as possible.
