普罗布考联合通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死患者的近期预后及对IMT、ox-LDL的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨普罗布考联合通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死患者的近期预后及对颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、血清氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)的影响。方法:2017年2月-2019年2月收治急性脑梗死患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组给予普罗布考治疗,观察组给予普罗布考联合通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组近期疗效及IMT、ox-LDL指标水平。结果:观察组近期治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IMT、ox-LDL水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普罗布考联合通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死患者,有利于降低IMT及ox-LDL水平,改善近期预后。Objective:To investigate the short-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with probucol combined with tongxinluo capsules and its effect on carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT)and serum oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL).Methods:From February 2017 to February 2019,62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with probucol and the observation group was treated with probucol combined with tongxinluo capsules.The short-term curative effect and IMT,ox-LDL index level between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of short-term treatment in the observation group was higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of IMT,ox-LDL in the observation group was better than in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Probucol combined with tongxinluo capsules in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction is beneficial to reduce the carotid intima-media thickness and serum oxidized low density lipoprotein level and it can improve the short-term prognosis.
