观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:2017年6月-2019年2月收治小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿124例,随机分为两组,各62例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合喜炎平注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效及症状消失时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,各项症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎治疗中联合应用喜炎平注射液,可进一步提升临床疗效,更快缓解患儿临床症状。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods:From June 2017 to February 2019,124 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment;the observation group was treated with Xiyanping Injection on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the clinical efficacy and symptom disappearance time between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the disappearance time of all symptoms was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of children's acute suppurative tonsillitis can further improve the clinical efficacy and relieve the clinical symptoms of children.
