摘 要:目的:探讨双源CT(FORCE CT)实时迭代ADMIRE重建技术在肝脏CT扫描中的应用价值。方法:2017年3月-2018年12月收治肝脏疾病患者45例,采用ADMIRE与滤波反投影法(FBP)重建技术进行重建,比较两种方法图像质量评分及图像噪音。结果:ADMIRE 1~5重建技术的图像质量评分高于FBP重建技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ADMIRE 1~5重建技术的肝实质、皮下脂肪及背景空气图像噪音均低于FBP重建技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FORCE CT实时迭代ADMIRE重建技术应用于肝脏CT扫描中具有较高的临床价值。Objective:To explore the application value of FORCE CT(Dual source CT)real-time iterative reconstruction technology(ADMIRE)in liver CT scanning.Methods:From March 2017 to December 2018,45 patients with liver disease were selected.We used ADMIRE and FBP(filtered back projection reconstruction)technology for reconstruction,and compared image quality score and image noise.Results:The image quality score of ADMIRE 1~5 reconstruction technology was higher than that of FBP reconstruction technology,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The image noise of liver parenchyma,subcutaneous fat and background air of ADMIRE 1~5 reconstruction technology was lower than that of FBP reconstruction technology,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of FORCE CT real-time iterative ADMIRE reconstruction technology in liver CT scanning is high.
