人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用价值。方法:2018年3月-2019年2月收治老年下肢骨折患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。观察组给予人性化护理,对照组给予传统护理。比较两组患者膝关节恢复优良率。结果:观察组膝关节恢复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理方法可有效提高老年下肢骨折患者膝关节恢复优良率。Objective:To explore the application value of humanized nursing in the operation room nursing of the elderly patients with lower extremity fracture.Methods:From March 2018 to February 2019,102 elderly patients with lower extremity fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 51 cases in each.The observation group was given humanistic nursing,the control group was given traditional nursing.We compared the excellent and good rate of knee joint recovery between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the excellent and good rate of knee joint recovery was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing can effectively improve the excellent and good rate of knee joint recovery in the elderly patients with lower extremity fracture.
