老年心血管患者手术护理中不安全因素及措施分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年心血管患者在临床手术护理中存在的各种不安全因素及临床护理措施。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年5月老年心血管手术患者84例,随机分为两组42例。对照组接受常规手术护理,干预组在常规手术护理基础上寻找不安全因素并实施针对性护理干预措施。比较两组护理满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果:干预组护理满意度显著高于对照组,不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗与护理老年心血管手术患者期间,针对各项不安全因素采取切实可行的护理措施,可显著提高患者护理满意度,降低不良事件发生率。Objective:To explore the various unsafe factors and clinical nursing measures in the operation nursing of the elderly cardiovascular patients.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,84 elderly patients with cardiovascular surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each.The control group received routine operation nursing;the intervention group sought for unsafe factors and targeted implementation of nursing interventions based on routine operation nursing.We compared the nursing satisfaction and adverse events between the two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the clinical treatment and nursing of elderly patients with cardiovascular surgery,taking practical nursing measures against various unsafe factors can significantly improve patients'nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
