摘 要:本文试验研究了一种针对空调两器检漏设备的氦气回收纯化装置,研究结果表明,该装置可以有效地将空调两器检漏设备内氦气纯度维持在80%以上,该工艺的氦气使用量约为6.7m^3/天,远小于未使用该工艺时系统因纯度低而排放的氦气量(约128m^3/天),考虑到企业实际使用该装置的经济性要求,提出了该装置后续工艺优化的方向。In this paper,a helium recovery and purification device for air-conditioning leak detection equipment is studied.The results show that the device can effectively maintain the purity of helium in air-conditioning leak detection equipment above 80%.The helium usage of the process is about 6.7 m^3 per day,which is less than the helium emission of the system due to low purity when the process is not used.Considering the actual use of the enterprise,the helium emission from the system is about 7 m^3 per day.According to the economic requirement of the device,the direction of the follow-up process optimization of the device is put forward.
