摘　　要：1.The Fifth Mekong-Lancang Cooperation(MLC)Foreign Ministers’Meeting was held in Vientiane,Lao People’s Democratic Republic(Lao PDR)on February 20,2020.H.E.Saleumxay Kommasith,Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR,H.E.Wang Yi,State Councilor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China,H.E.Prak Sokhonn,Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia,H.E.U Kyaw Tin,Union Minister for International Cooperation of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar,H.E.Don Pramudwinai,Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand,and H.E.Pham Binh Minh,Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam attended the meeting which was co-chaired by the Lao and Chinese Foreign Ministers.一、2020年2月20日,澜沧江-湄公河合作(以下简称“澜湄合作”)第五次外长会在老挝人民民主共和国万象市举行。老挝人民民主共和国外交部长沙伦赛·贡玛西、中华人民共和国国务委员兼外交部长王毅、柬埔寨王国副首相兼外交国际合作部大臣布拉索昆、缅甸联邦共和国国际合作部部长觉丁、泰王国外交部长敦·帕马威奈、越南社会主义共利国副总理兼外交部长范平明出席。老挝和中国外长共同主持了会议。
