摘 要:平潭海峡公铁两用大桥3座航道桥的边跨无索区及80(88) m简支钢桁梁部分均为钢筋混凝土结合梁形式,大桥所需桥面板规格多、总量大。为适应工厂化、标准化、快速化的整体施工要求,桥面板全部为工厂预制,采用BIM技术预拼、全自动钢筋加工、移动式组合胎架、新式模板系统和自动喷淋养护等多项关键技术,在施工过程中实行标准化管理,保证整个作业流程可控、在控,形成桥面板完整的工厂化施工流程,可减少人员和设备等成本的投入,提高施工效率。The non-cable area in side span and 80( 88) m simply supported steel truss part of the Pingtan Straits Rail-cum-road Bridge are reinforced concrete composite beam form,there are many specifications and large quantities of bridge deck required by the bridge. In order to meet the overall construction requirements of industrialization, standardization and speediness, all bridge decks are factory prefabricated,preassembled by BIM technology,the reinforced bars are fully automatic machining,and adopted mobile combined bed-jig, new type formwork system and automatic spray maintenance technology. Implement standardized management in the construction process to ensure that the whole operation process is controllable and under control,form a complete factory construction process of bridge deck,reduce investment in personnel,equipment and other costs,and improve construction efficiency.
