摘 要:在正交试验的基础上,对透水混凝土试件透水系数进行极差和方差分析,得到影响透水系数因素敏感性和最佳因素组合。通过对比试验结果,对透水系数进行分析,得出其变化规律。研究结果表明,影响透水系数因素敏感性顺序为每层插捣次数、入模层数、加载时间、静压荷载,其中每层插捣次数和入模层数对透水性能的影响较大;最佳因素组合为静压荷载50kg、加载时间9min、1层入模、每层插捣10次;适当减少入模层数及每层插捣次数可提高透水性能,透水系数平均值最多可提高209. 5%,透水系数最大可达13. 8mm/s。On the basis of the orthogonal test,the sensitivity and the best combination of influencing factors of permeability coefficient are obtained by means of range and variance analysis. The permeability coefficient is analyzed by the comparison test results,and the variation law of the permeability coefficient is obtained. The study results show that the sensitivity order of the factors affecting the permeability coefficient is the number of tamping times,the number of incoming layers,loading time,static compression load. The tamping times in every layer and incoming layers have great influence on the permeability. The best combination of factors is static pressure load for 50 kg,loading for 9 min,1 layers,10 tamping times.It is suitable to reduce the layers and to reduce the number of tamping for average permeability coefficient,which can be increased up to 209. 5%,the value is13. 8 mm/s.
