摘 要:对抗氧剂进行高温烘烤,采用质量损失和热失重分析评价抗氧剂的耐温性能,使用红外光谱、紫外光谱及高效液相色谱对抗氧剂耐温前后的样品进行微观结构分析,探究了受阻酚类抗氧剂(A、B、C、D)、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂(E、F)及硫代酯类抗氧剂(G、H)的热稳定性,同时通过抗氧剂在粉末涂料涂层中的应用研究了常用抗氧剂对HAA体系的耐热性能的影响,为优化HAA体系粉末涂料耐高温黄变性能提供参考。Antioxidants were baked at high temperature, and the heat resistance of antioxidants were evaluated by mass loss and thermogravimetric analysis. Microstructure analysis of samples that before and after heat treatment were carried out by using infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectroscopy and high performance liquid chromatography. Thermal stability of hindered phenolic antioxidants(A, B, C, D),phosphite antioxidants(E, F) and thioester antioxidants(G, H) were investigated. At the same time, the influence of common antioxidants on the heat resistance of HAA system were studied by the application of antioxidants in the powder coatings, which provided a reference for optimizing the high temperature yellowing resistance of HAA system powder coatings.
