摘  要:提出了一种计算高光泽水性漆的光泽度的理论方法,即利用配方中各种材料的折光指数,通过Fresnel公式计算出其涂膜镜面反射率R及光泽度值,并通过大量试验进行了验证。研究结果表明:凡水性漆的树脂相容性好,涂膜表面光滑平整,无论20°还是60°的光泽度计算值与实测值一致,这对于水性涂料行业,尤其是高光泽度、高丰满度水性漆产品的设计及开发效率的提高具有很好的理论指导意义。In this paper, a theoretical method for the calculation of the glossiness of waterborne paint with high gloss was reported. The theoretical glossiness of the waterborne coatings was calculated from the specular reflectance R of the coatings by Fresnel formula based on the refractive index of various materials. The theoretical calculation method has been verified by a large number of practical samples. The results showed that the refractive index of waterborne paint was additive if the resin had good compatibility. As long as the surface of the paint film was smooth and flat, the calculated value of the glossiness at 20 degrees and 60 degrees was very consistent with the measured value. It can provide a good theoretical guidance for the design of waterborne paint products with high gloss and high fullness in paint coatings industry, especially in automobile industry.
