摘 要:目的探讨除颤监护仪质量检测的方法,掌握在用除颤监护仪的使用状态。方法以某三级甲等医院40台除颤监护仪为研究对象,采用美国福禄克(FLUKE)专业的质量检测设备对除颤监护仪进行检测。结果对除颤监护仪进行质量检测,初次检测外观合格率为50%,电气安全合格率为85%,能量合格率为95%,心电合格率100%。其中外观检测中不合格的主要原因是日期时间不准,电气安全检测中不合格的主要原因是接地阻抗过高,能量检测中不合格的主要原因是释放能量偏大、充电时间过长。不合格除颤监护仪经过问题纠正后二次检测全部合格。结论除颤监护仪的质量检测关系重大,必须加强监管,定期对其主要参数进行质量检测,以确保其始终保持在待用状态。Objective To investigate quality detection method of defibrillation monitors and obtain usage status of defibrillation monitors.Methods The FLUKE professional quality testing equipment was used to test 40 defibrillation monitors in a level 3 grade A hospital.Results For pass rate of defibrillation quality detection,the initial appearance was 50%,electrical safety was 85%,energy was 95%and ECG was 100%.The main failure reasons for appearance was inaccurate of date and time,electrical safety was too high grounding impedance,energy was too big releasing energy and too long charging time.All unqualified defibrillation monitors passed the secondary detection after problems were corrected.Conclusion It is demonstrated that defibrillation monitor quality is very important,and supervision must be strengthened to periodically check the main parameters for ensuring the monitors remain ready for use at all times.
