摘  要:第三代核电技术对核电涂料配套系统提出了更加苛刻的要求,需要其满足模拟DBA、耐辐照性能和去污性能力等一系列性能指标。采用MDI与HDI复配的固化剂,同时选用云母粉、滑石粉、钛酸钾等功能性填料和亲水自清洁剂等助剂,制备了可以耐受10~7 Gy辐照、通过模拟DBA试验和具有良好去污能力的环氧聚氨酯涂料,其综合性能优异,尤其拥有较好的耐冲击性和柔韧性等机械性能。The third generation of nuclear power technology put forward more oppressive requirements on nuclear power coating.A series of abilities,mainly including simulated DBA test,radiation resistance and decontamination performance,were needed.In this work,we used MDI and HDI compounds as curing agent,Mica powder,talcum powder,potassium titanate such as functional filler and other additives to achieve a radiation-resistant epoxyurethane coating.The results showed that this coating can tolerate 10^7 Gy irradiation,pass the simulated DBA test and had good decontamination ability,especially had favourable impact-resistance and mechanical properties.
