汽车涂装高固色漆+2K清漆环保工艺的开发浅谈

摘　　要：介绍了汽车涂装行业的现状和法律法规要求,指出了3C2B溶剂型老线涂装存在的问题,开发了高固色漆+2K清漆的环保涂装工艺,分别对1K清漆、高固清漆和2K清漆的VOC含量、外观和性能进行了比较。结果表明,高固色漆配套2K清漆性能满足企业要求。The present situation of automobile painting industry and the requirements of laws and regulations are introduced, and the problems existing in 3 C2 B painting are pointed out. Meanwhile, the environmentallyfriendly process of high solid content color paint + 2 K varnish for automobile painting are developed, and the VOC content, appearance and properties of 1 K varnish, high-solid varnish and 2 K varnish are compared,respectively. The results show that the properties of 2 K varnish with high solid content color paint meet the requirements of the enterprise.
