摘　　要：在带式输送机中,胶带是运输物质最重要的部件。论文通过工程实例,分析钢绳芯胶带接头硫化的原理,介绍胶带硫化胶接所用工具及材料等前期准备工作,重点论述高跨皮带机胶带硫化胶接工艺流程和胶带硫化相关的安全措施。In belt conveyors,tape is the most important component for transporting materials.Through an engineering example,this paper analyzes the principle of rubber belt joint vulcanization of steel rope core,introduces the tools and materials used for rubber belt vulcanization bonding and other preparatory work,and focuses on the process of rubber belt vulcanization bonding of high-span belt conveyor and the safety measures related to rubber belt vulcanization.
