青蒿鳖甲汤治疗阴虚内热型系统性红斑狼疮的临床效果及不良反应发生率影响评价

摘　　要：目的观察阴虚内热型系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)采用青蒿鳖甲汤的治疗效果和不良反应。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月收治的阴虚内热型SLE36例,随机分为观察组18例(常规治疗+青蒿鳖甲汤)和对照组18例(常规西药治疗),对比治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.44%、不良反应率5.56%、IL-4(2.34±0.16)ng/L、Th1/Th2(3.55±2.59)、IFN-γ(5.91±3.12)ng/L均优于对照组66.67%、11.11%、(2.75±0.19)ng/L、(1.55±0.36)、(3.86±1.63)ng/L,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青蒿鳖甲汤治疗阴虚内热型SLE效果显著,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and side effects of Qinghao Biejia Decoction on systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)with Yin deficiency and internal heat.Methods 36 cases of SLE with Yin deficiency and internal heat from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(18 cases)and control group(18 cases).Results The total effective rate,adverse reaction rate,IL-4(2.34+0.16)ng/L,Th1/Th2(3.55+2.59),IFNgamma(5.91+3.12)ng/L in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(66.67%,11.11%,(2.75+0.19)ng/L,(1.55+0.36),(3.86+1.63)ng/L,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinghao Biejia Decoction is effective and safe in treating SLE of Yin deficiency and internal heat type,which is worth popularizing.
