摘　　要：目的分析无创呼吸机对ICU心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法选择2016年4月至2019年4月我院ICU病房内80例心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组联合常规治疗和无创呼吸机治疗,分析两组的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者在氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,联合无创呼吸机治疗的实验组氧分压(PaO2)高于单用常规治疗的对照组,二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与单独进行常规治疗的对照组相比,联合无创呼吸机治疗的实验组总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机能够改善ICU心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,在临床上具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of noninvasive ventilator on ICU patients with heart failure and respiratory failure.Methods Eighty patients with heart failure and respiratory failure in the ICU ward of our hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The experimental group was combined with conventional therapy and non-invasive.Ventilator treatment,analysis of the treatment effect of the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PaO2 and PaCO2 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PaO2 of the experimental group treated with noninvasive ventilator was higher than that of the control group treated with conventional therapy alone,and the PaO2 was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group treated by routine therapy alone,the experimental group treated by non-invasive ventilator had higher total effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with heart failure and respiratory failure in ICU,and improve the therapeutic effect,which is of clinical value.
