观察2型糖尿病患者健康教育和行为干预护理的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究对2型糖尿病患者实施健康教育、行为干预护理的实际临床效果。方法选取医院护理部接收的97例2型糖尿病患者,依据不同的护理方式进行随机分组研究。对照组48例行常规治疗,研究组49例加入健康教育与行为干预,观察两组对糖尿病知识的知晓率、自我管理能力、血糖控制情况。结果研究组患者对疾病知识的知晓率(95.92%)明显高于对照组(70.83%),P<0.05。研究组患者在饮食、运动、用药方面的自我管理能力明显强于对照组,P<0.05。研究组的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施常规护理的过程中加强健康教育及行为干预,可显著提升患者对糖尿病相关知识的知晓率,大大增强了患者的自我管理能力,血糖控制效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the actual clinical effect of health education and behavioral intervention nursing for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Ninety-seven patients with type 2 diabetes received by the nursing department of the hospital were randomly divided into groups according to different nursing methods.48 cases in the control group received routine treatment,49 cases in the study group received health education and behavioral intervention.The awareness rate of diabetes knowledge,self-management ability and blood sugar control were observed in the two groups.Results The awareness rate of disease knowledge in the study group(95.92%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.83%),P<0.05.The self-management ability of the study group in diet,exercise and medication was significantly stronger than that of the control group P<0.05.The levels of glycated hemoglobin,fasting blood sugar and 2 h postprandial blood sugar in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion Strengthening health education and behavioral intervention in the process of routine nursing for type 2 diabetes patients can significantly improve the awareness rate of diabetes related knowledge,greatly enhance the self-management ability of patients,and the effect of blood sugar control is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion.
