摘　　要：目的比较不同疗程对药物面膜联合红蓝光治疗中度Ⅱ级痤疮的疗效。方法选取76例中度Ⅱ级痤疮患者,每周进行1次治疗,共计4周,每周治疗结束后记录患者第一次治疗前与治疗后的皮损数量,记录患者治疗有效率。结果第四疗程的有效率为82.89%明显高于其余组的治疗有效率,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论4周疗法治疗中度Ⅱ级痤疮优于其他疗法。Objective To compare the efficacy of different treatment courses of drug mask combined with red and blue light in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods Seventy-six patients with moderateⅡacne were treated once a week for 4 weeks.The number of skin lesions before and after the first treatment was recorded before and after treatment,and the effective rate of treatment was recorded.Results The effective rate of the fourth course was 82.89%,which was significantly higher than that of the other groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Four-week therapy is superior to other therapies in the treatment of moderate gradeⅡacne.
