摘  要:目的:探讨系统呼吸训练对经电视胸腔镜(VATS)肺结节切除患者肺功能的影响。方法:选取收治的VATS肺结节切除患者76例,围术期采用系统呼吸训练,比较患者术前、术后1周、术后1个月的肺功能和生活质量情况,统计并发症发生情况。结果:患者术后1周的肺功能指标低于术前,术后1个月肺功能指标与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。发生2例胸腔内出血,2例肺部感染,1例肺不张,并发症发生率为6.58%。术后1周和术后1个月患者的生活质量高于术前,术后1个月患者的生活质量高于术后1周,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对VATS肺结节切除患者实施系统呼吸训练能够有效促进患者肺功能恢复,改善患者生活质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of systemic breathing training on lung function in patients undergoing pulmonary thoracoscopic(VATS)pulmonary nodule resection.Methods:All 76 patients with VATS pulmonary nodule resection were enrolled in hospital.Systematic breathing training was used.The lung function and quality of life of the two groups were compared before operation,1 week after operation and 1 month after operation.Results:The patient′s lung function 1 week after surgery was lower than that before surgery,1 month after surgery and preoperative lung function,there was no significient difference(P>0.05).There were 2 cases of intrathoracic hemorrhage,2 cases of pulmonary infection,and 1 case of atelectasis.The complication rate was 6.58%.The quality of life of patients 1 week after surgery and 1 month after surgery was higher than that before surgery.The quality of life of patients 1 month after operation was higher than that of 1 week after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic breathing training for patients with thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection can effectively promote the recovery of lung function,improve the quality of life of patients,and have a low incidence of complications.
