摘　　要：经济政治学是研究广义经济政治现象以谋求人民经济社会解放的马克思主义政治学说,它对于新时代中国特色的政治学科建设和人民为本的政治发展,具有多方面的理论分析力、实践解释力和现实表达力,重点可概括为呼吁重视中国特色人民政治理论与人民政治实践的研究;将新时代中国特色的人民政治理论概括为坚持民本、发展民主和保障民生的“新三民思想”;倡导新时代要大力发展社会主义监督民主,并推进监督民主的法治化;重视研究人民实现“经济社会解放”的政治逻辑和制度机制,致力于新时代加强人民美好生活的政治供给体系和供给能力建设;前瞻性地关注智能化时代智能经济政治与“新智人”的发展,努力描绘出实现人民解放的智能化新愿景。Economic politics is a Marxist political doctrine that studies broad economic and political phenomena to seek the economic and social liberation of the people.It has a multi-faceted theoretical analysis and realistic explanatory power for the construction of political disciplines and people-oriented politics in the new era with Chinese characteristics,gives a realistic expression of people's politics with Chinese characteristics,which called for the study of people's political theory and people's political practice with Chinese characteristics.The theory of people's politics with Chinese characteristics is summarized as the“new three principles of the people”of adhering to the people-oriented principle,developing democracy,and protecting people's livelihood.In the new era,it is necessary to vigorously develop socialist supervision democracy and promote the legalization of supervision democracy.It is importantto study the people's political logic and institutional mechanisms for achieving“economic and social liberation”,and work to build a political supply system and supply capacity for a better life.It is imperative to focus on the development of smart economy politics and“new sapiens”in the era of intelligence in a forward-looking manner,and strive to map out a new intelligent vision for achieving people's liberation.
