摘 要:为进一步提高间接矩阵变换器的电压传输比,本文提出一种调节输入电流矢量相位的空间矢量过调制策略。该策略将矩阵变换器电压传输比提高到1.05,且实现了输出电压基波幅值与参考输出电压无误差。本文首先分析了不同空间矢量调制下的整流级和逆变级输入电流和输出电压矢量,在此基础上,对过调制区进一步划分,增加了过调制Ⅲ区,并将调节输入电流矢量相位作为过调制Ⅲ区的过调制策略;同时利用傅里叶积分准确地分析过调制区输出电压基波幅值与参考输出电压的关系及输入输出低频谐波分量。最后通过实验验证了该过调制策略的有效性和输入、输出的低频谐波特性。In order to further improve the voltage transfer ratio(VTR)of indirect matrix converter(IMC),this paper proposes a novel space vector over-modulation strategy by adjusting the input current vector phase.This strategy increases the VTR to 1.05 and achieves no error between the output voltage fundamental amplitude and the reference output voltage.The input current and output voltage vector under different space vector modulations of rectifier stage and inverter stage are analyzed firstly.On this basis,the overmodulation mode is further divided,the overmodulationⅢregion is added,and the input current vector phase is adjusted as an overmodulation strategy of the overmodulation modeⅢ.At the same time,the proposed overmodulation strategy accurately analyzes input and output characteristics by using Fourier integral,such as the relationship between the output voltage fundamental amplitude and the reference output voltage,the input and output low frequency harmonics and so on.Finally,the validity of the novel overmodulation strategy and the correctness of the input and output low frequency harmonic characteristics are verified by experiments.
