摘　　要：传统的回复电压特征量无法反映回复电压中后期的极化特性,基于此,本文提出一种能够有效反映回复电压法中后期弛豫特性的新型回复电压法特征量——半峰周期稳定时间。首先建立拓展Debye等效仿真模型,绘制回复电压半峰周期极化谱,从中提取特征量;然后通过改变变压器等效模型电路参数分析对半峰周期极化谱的影响规律;最后通过多台变压器实测数据验证本文推论。结果表明,半峰周期稳定时间会随着油纸绝缘状态老化而延长,其主要受到中、大时间常数支路的影响,且对于不同规格型号的变压器具有普适性,能够作为后续绝缘诊断的良好特征量。The traditional characteristic of recovery voltage can not reflect the polarization characteristics of recovery voltage in the middle and late stages.Based on this,a new characteristic of RVM,half-peak periodic stability time,which can effectively reflect the relaxation characteristics in the middle and late stages of RVM,is proposed in this paper.Firstly,an extended Debye equivalent simulation model is established to draw the half-peak periodic polarization spectrum of recovery voltage,from which the half-peak periodic polarization spectrum of recovery voltage is extracted.Then,the influence of circuit parameters of transformer equivalent model on half-peak periodic polarization spectrum is discussed.Finally,the inference is verified by the measured data of several transformers.The results show that the half-peak period stability time increases with the aging of oil-paper insulation,which is mainly affected by medium and large time constant branches.It is universal for transformers of different specifications and can be used as a good feature for subsequent insulation diagnosis.
