摘  要:近年来发电机严重漏氢引发的氢爆事故时有发生,其危害十分巨大。本文结合一起发电机测温接线板处严重漏氢并导致起火的案例,分析了故障产生的原因及其发展过程,介绍了发电机测温接线板漏氢的各种处理方案,并对以后发电机漏氢故障发生时可采取的应急处理方式和运行中的风险控制措施提出一些经验和建议。In recent years,the hydrogen explosions caused by serious hydrogen leakage of generators has occurred frequently,which bring harmfully influence on the society.In this paper,combined with a typical case,in which hydrogen gas leaked from generator temperature measuring terminal board,the reason of fault and its development process are analyzed,and various solutions for hydrogen leakage on generator temperature measuring terminal board are introduced.Some experiences and suggestions are put forward for emergency response and risk control methods in operation when the hydrogen leakage failure occurs.
