摘 要:本文针对引起电力变压器铁心接地电流异常的外部原因、内部原因、特殊原因进行了分析,针对三类原因采用接地电流测试、色谱分析、绝缘电阻三种方法对异常原因进行分析判别,采用限流电阻、电容冲击、电焊机、吊罩检查法对异常电流进行处理。通过引下线绝缘破损、金属异物搭接、电容冲击法对故障进行定位处理、对运行中的变压器采用限流电阻法限制故障电流实际案例分析论证。保证变压器的正常运行。提出相关建议,对于变压器铁心接地电流运行维护具有重要的参考意义。In this paper,the external causes,internal causes and special causes of the abnormality of the grounding current of the power transformer core are analyzed.The grounding current test,chromatographic analysis and insulation resistance are used to analyze and discriminate the abnormal causes for three types of reasons.The current limiting resistor is used.The capacitor current,the electric welder,and the hood inspection method process the abnormal current.The fault is located by the insulation damage of the down conductor,the metal foreign object overlap,the capacitance impact method,and the actual case analysis of the fault current is limited by the current limiting resistor method.Ensure the normal operation of the transformer.Suggestions are put forward,which have important reference significance for the operation and maintenance of transformer core grounding current.
