摘 要:舵桨装置基座及其加强结构受力状态和结构形式复杂。本文选取一艘42 t系柱拖力港作拖轮为研究对象,阐述全回转舵桨装置基座结构强度计算的具体方法和过程。通过结构有限元软件对舵桨装置基座及其加强结构施加甲板压头、外板和舵桨底部水压头、舵桨载荷、重力加速度,模拟其在不同工况下的强度评估,将计算数据与校核衡准进行比对,结果显示结构强度及评估符合设计规范及技术要求。并根据计算结果进行结构优化,对后续的全回转舵桨装置基座结构设计起到一定的参考作用。The force state and the structure form of the azimuth thruster foundation and its reinforcement structure are complex.In this paper,a 42 t BP harbor tug is selected as the research object,and the concrete method and process of calculating the structural strength of the azimuth thruster foundation are expounded.The structures of the azimuth thruster foundation and its reinforcement structure under different working conditions,such as deck pressure,shell and thruster bottom pressure,thruster load and gravity are stimulated and analyzed by the Finite Element software,the calculated data are compared with the rule criteria,the results show that the structural strength and evaluation meet the design specifications and technical requirements.Based on the calculation results,the structure is optimized,which plays a certain reference role in the subsequent design of the azimuth thruster foundation.
