摘　　要：本文依据关键链技术(CCM),对船舶设计项目进度计划与控制进行优化。通过介绍船舶设计模式、流程和进度计划体系,对船舶设计项目的特点和主要问题进行归纳,提出了CCM在船舶设计领域运用的关键点;结合对船舶设计项目进度管理的需求分析,建立了基于CCM的船舶设计项目进度管理模型;并结合船舶设计工作的实际需求,提出了关键链识别、缓冲区设置、缓冲区管理的具体方法;通过实例验证了模型设计的有效性和CCM在船舶设计项目管理中的优势,丰富了船舶设计项目管理理论体系,为具有类似特点的项目进度管理提供一定参考。Based on the critical chain method(CCM),the ship design project scheduling and control optimization model is established.By introducing the ship design mode,process and schedule planning system,the characteristics and main problems of the ship design project are summarized,the key points of CCM application in ship design field are put forward,and the ship design project scheduling management model based on CCM is established in combination with the demand analysis of ship design project scheduling management.Combined with the actual needs of ship design,the specific methods of key chain identification and buffer zone setting are proposed.The effectiveness of the model design and the advantages of CCM in ship design project management are verified by an example,which enriches the theoretical system of ship design project management and provides some references for project scheduling management with similar characteristics.
