自制通络协定粉火疗对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的影响

摘　　要：目的观察自制通络协定粉火疗对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症(以下简称“腰突症”)的影响。方法将2018年8月~2019年5月于杭州市中医院推拿科就诊的66例气滞血瘀型腰突症患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组33例。对照组接受常规推拿治疗,治疗组接受推拿和通络协定粉火疗,比较两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分、腰痛JOA功能评分以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组腰痛JOA功能评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制通络协定粉火疗能改善气滞血瘀型腰突症患者的腰痛,提高治疗有效率。Objective To observe the effects of self-made Tongluo Xieding Powder fire therapy on lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods Sixty-six cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type from August 2018 to May 2019 in Tuina Department of Hangzhou Chinese Medical Hospital were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.Control group received routine massage treatment,while treatment group received massage and Tongluo Xieding Powder fire therapy.The pain visual analogue score,JOA function score and clinical effect of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,visual analogue score of pain in two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that in treatment group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,JOA score of lumbago in two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that in treatment group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total effective rate of clinical treatment in treatment group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Tongluo Xieding Powder fire therapy can relive the pain and improve total effective rate of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis lumbar disc herniation.
