肺部结节的中西医诊治探讨

摘　　要：随着近年来患者肺部结节的检出率持续增高,对于其评估及处理的方法也成为了充满争议和挑战的问题。西方医学最近在影像学及非手术活检方面的研究进展迅速,为良恶性结节的鉴别提供了重要的参考;而作为早期肺癌防治有效手段的中医中药,在临床中尝试运用治疗肺部结节也收到了较好的疗效。中药复方的整体调节性和多靶点性可以改善机体的微环境,给予结节健康的土壤,从而抑制其生长。笔者据此在临床中采用软坚散结化痰治法中药干预肺部结节也取得了一定成效。结合中医“治未病”理论,对于属于“癌前病变”的肺部结节若能做到早发现、早干预,相信对于肺癌的早期防治会有一定的帮助。As the rate of examination of pulmonary nodules increased recent years,the method to deal with or treat pulmonary nodules is coming to a controversial and challenging question.There is incrementally progresses in radiography and non-operative biopsy in Western medicine last several years,which provides an important reference on the differentiation of benign and malignant nodules.Meanwhile,the traditional Chinese medicine,which already has good clinical efficacy in the lung cancer prevention and treatment,is gradually beginning to treat pulmonary nodules patients,and has made good therapeutic effect.Chinese herbs can improve the organism′s microenvironment with its integrality and multi-targets features,in order to make a healthy lung microenvironment so that pulmonary nodules won′t grow.Therefore,according to the writer′s theory of resolving phlegm and softening hardness to dissipate stagnation used in Chinese herbs,plenty of pulmonary nodules patients were treated effectively.With the theory of“preventive treatment of disease”in traditional Chinese medicine,pulmonary nodules,known as precancerous lesions,if could be early detection and intervention,which can be helpful for the early prevention and treatment of lung cancer.
