黑龙江省中医时尚养生产业发展的对策研究

摘　　要：随着生活水平的日益提高和养生保健意识的不断增强,健康养生产业已成为具有巨大发展前景的朝阳产业。中医时尚养生产业将中医养生产业与时尚产业相融合,创新产业发展模式,打造产业发展的新业态。黑龙江省中医药资源充沛、中医药文化浓厚、时尚养生项目丰富、养生旅游独具特色,具备发展中医时尚养生产业的基础条件和独特优势。通过对黑龙江省中医时尚养生产业进行调研,发现养生产业普遍存在养生机构规模较小、从业人员专业化水平低、创新能力不足、行业监管弱化等问题,黑龙江省应以中医药资源为依托,发挥比较优势,按照顶层规划、统一领导、政策联动、技术支撑、优势突出、分步实施的策略,不断推进黑龙江省中医时尚养生产业的规范发展。With the improvement of living standard and health care awareness,health care industry has become a sunrise industry with great development prospects.Traditional Chinese medicine fashion health care industry integrates traditional Chinese medicine health care industry with fashion industry,innovates industrial development mode,and creates a new industrial development format.Heilongjiang Province is rich in traditional Chinese medicine resources,rich in traditional Chinese medicine culture,rich in fashion health care projects,and unique in health care tourism.It has the basic conditions and unique advantages to develop the industry of traditional Chinese medicine fashion health care.Based on the investigation of the health care industry of traditional Chinese medicine in Heilongjiang Province,it is found that there are many problems in the health care industry,such as the small scale of health care institutions,the low level of specialization of employees,the lack of innovation ability,and the weakening of industry supervision.Heilongjiang Province should rely on the resources of traditional Chinese medicine,give full play to its comparative advantages,according to the top-level planning,unified leadership,policy linkage,technical support,outstanding advantages step by step implementation of the strategy,and continue to promote the standardized development of traditional Chinese medicine fashion health industry in Heilongjiang Province.
