摘　　要：微生物降解石油污染作为一种新型环保的生物修复技术,已受到越来越多的人重视。本文对微生物治理海洋石油污染的机理以及工艺技术进行了综述,对微生物降解机制及有关直链烷烃的降解、支链烷烃的降解、芳香烃的降解、多环芳烃的降解、环化烃的降解等进行了详细阐述,并对影响微生物降解石油的影响因素如温度、营养盐等进行了探讨,以期为利用微生物治理海洋石油污染提供参考。As a new kind of environmental protection bioremediation technology,microbial degradation of oil pollution has been paid more and more attention to.In this paper,the mechanism and process technology of microbial treatment of marine oil pollution were reviewed.The mechanism of microbial degradation was elaborated in detail,including branched alkanes degradation,linear alkanes degradation,aromatic hydrocarbons degradation,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons degradation and cyclic hydrocarbons degradation,etc.The influencing factors such as temperature and nutrient salt were analyzed,so as to provide references for treatment of marine oil pollution by microbial degradation.
