摘　　要：在中国种业体制改革的背景下,高等农业院校应培养既掌握专业知识又懂种子法律法规的综合性人才。种子法规课程是农学专业的专业课程之一,有着较强的实践性与应用性。基于我国种业市场现状,本文分析了当前种子法规课程存在的问题,提出了种子法规课程教学改革建议,以期为提高学生的综合素质提供参考。Under the background of the reform of China′s seed industry system,agricultural colleges and universities should cultivate comprehe-nsive talents who both master the professional knowledge and understand the laws and regulations of seed industry.Seed law course is one of the professional courses of agriculture specialty,which has strong practicality and applicability.Based on the current situation of seed industry market in China,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the course of seed law,put forward suggestions for teaching reform of seed law course,in order to provide references for improving the comprehensive quality of students.
