摘  要:目的:观察红景天苷对双侧脑室内注射链脲菌素(STZ)诱导的认知损害模型大鼠认知功能和脑内氧化应激的影响,并初探其可能的作用机制。方法:24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组及红景天苷组。红景天苷组灌胃红景天苷50 mg/kg,每日1次,自造模开始第1天给药,连续14 d,假手术组、模型组灌胃等体积的生理盐水。跳台试验和水迷宫试验测试大鼠认知功能;并测定大鼠脑组织一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性。结果:红景天苷可明显改善认知损害模型大鼠的认知功能障碍(P<0.05),并可不同程度的降低小鼠脑组织的NO含量和NOS活性(P<0.05)。结论:红景天苷可改善双侧脑室注射STZ诱导的认知功能障碍,其作用机制可能与降低脑组织NO水平有关。Objective:To observe e fficacy of salidroside on learning and memory impairment from STZ in rats,and explore its possible mechanism of action.Methods:24 male SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group,the model group,and the salidroside group.The salidroside group was given salidroside;and the sham operation group and the model group were given an equal volume of physiological saline.The cognitive function of rats was tested by platform test and water maze test.NO content and NOS activity in rat brain were measured.Results:Salidroside can signi ficantly improve the cognitive dysfunction of rats(P<0.05),and can reduce NO content and NOS activity in rat brain tissue(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salidroside improve bilateral ventricular injection of STZ-induced cognitive dysfunction,and its mechanism of action may be related to reducing NO levels in brain tissue.
