附子为主药膏方制作及临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨我院附子为主药膏方的临床疗效。方法:通过对我院2012年12月-2016年12月使用附子为主药膏方治疗的1095例患者(开展1359剂膏方治疗)进行调查,运用比较分析法、归纳分析法。结果:1095例患者疾病好转的同时阳虚体质得以纠正,畏寒肢冷等阳虚症状明显好转,部分进行体质辨识评分患者服附子膏方前后总评分的差异有统计学意义,服用次数越多,阳虚体质改善越明显。结论:附子为主药膏方使传统中医特长、优势得以保存的同时,又适应了现代防病、治病的需要。在养生、治未病、慢性病、需长期服用附子中药患者均有较好的前景。附子为主药膏方可发展成替代附子药膳的扶阳养生产品,推动保山、腾冲旅游与中医结合。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the cream with Fuzi(附子)as main medicine in our hospital.Methods:1095 patients(1359 doses of cream)treated with the cream with Fuzi as main medicine were enrolled in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2016 by the comparative analysis and inductive analysis.Results:In 1095 patients,the disease was improved and the Yangxu type(阳虚质)was corrected.The symptoms of Yangxu such as chills and limbs were obviously improved.There were statistically signi ficant differences in physique identification scores of some patients between before and after treatment.Conclusion:The cream with Fuzi as main medicine shows the TCM specialty and advantages,and adapt to the needs of modern disease.There was a good prospect in the health care,treatment disease in the future,chronic diseases,need to take Fuzi for a long time,can be developed into a product to Fuyang Yangsheng(扶阳养生).
